Packing Your Luggage
Click here for packing tips provided by Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), the agency responsible for pre-board security screening.
It is quicker and easier for CATSA to inspect unlocked bags. However, if you prefer to lock your bags, click here for important information from CATSA.
NOTE: Each airline has different size and volume requirements for luggage. Please contact your airline directly for this information prior to leaving on your flight.
Lost Luggage Claims
Every precaution is taken by the airlines to ensure the safe arrival of all baggage on our three domestic and two international baggage carousels. If, however, there is a problem with lost or delayed baggage, each airline has a baggage claim area at the airport. Hours of operation vary. Please contact your airline directly for more information.
