Our Community Consultative Committee (CCC) serves as an advisory group for HIAA, offering input on a range of important topics, including airport planning and operations, business development, economic impact, and community engagement. The CCC is an ongoing mechanism for communication and engagement between HIAA and the broader community.
About the CCC
The CCC is composed of diverse members with a range of experience who represent our community, including consumers, the travelling public, the business community, academia, the provincial government, and local municipal governments. The committee is volunteer-based and meets twice a year, in June and December. CCC members are initially appointed for a two-year term. Members may be reappointed for a maximum of one additional term beyond their initial appointment.
