Airside Restoration Program Underway at Halifax Stanfield

Investing today to support tomorrow’s airport.

As Halifax Stanfield continues to grow, so does the importance of investing in the infrastructure that supports every arrival and departure.

That essential work is underway across our airfield as part of the 2026 Airside Restoration Program. From resurfacing pavement to refreshing paint, each improvement helps ensure Halifax Stanfield remains safe, efficient and ready to support continued growth for years to come.

The airport will remain open throughout construction, and the work has been carefully planned to minimize impacts on travellers and airline operations.
