Our airport is the home base of a very special volunteer group, the Tartan Team. These warm, helpful, folks provide world-renowned airport customer service. No matter what airline you’re flying with, where you’re going or where you’re coming from, they just want to help you on your journey.

Therapy Dog Program
We are proud to partner with St. John Ambulance Nova Scotia on the volunteer Therapy Dog Program, which sees four-legged friends and their handlers spend time at the airport.
Since the program’s inception in 2015, it has brought smiles, stress relief, and comfort to thousands of passengers, employees and visitors. The pets and volunteers are an essential part of our community.
